Proper Set-Out
- Bin and cart lids must close. Overage fees may apply to overflowing carts and bins.
- Locate bins in a discrete and secure location to discourage illegal dumping.
- Report graffiti on bins to Waste Management immediately by calling 510-613-8700.
Collection Schedule
Business collection will be provided Monday - Friday and by special arrangement on Saturday. Pick up will occur no earlier than 4:00 a.m.
No service will be provided on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Instead, collection service will be one day later than usual through Saturday.
In addition, the Customer Service Office closes at 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
