If a holiday falls on a weekday, collections for the rest of the week will be pushed back a day. For a Thursday holiday, service would be on Friday, and Friday service would be Saturday. For holidays on Saturday or Sunday, there are no delays.

WM offers a 35, 64, or 96-gallon cart or a 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, or 6-yard container. To see your service schedule, visit the Pickup Schedule page in My WM.
Container Setout Instructions
Place carts and bins curbside with wheels against the curb by 5 a.m. on collection days and remove them the same day. Keep carts and bins at least three feet from parked cars, mailboxes, and other obstacles that may prevent WM team members from picking them up.

What Belongs in Your Container
Place only non-hazardous household garbage in your trash bin. Acceptable items include chip bags, paper towels, plastic bags, and textiles (donate if lightly used).
Unacceptable items include construction and demolition waste, auto parts, tires, household hazardous waste (paint, oil, household cleaners), and medical or electronic waste.
Report a Missed Pickup
If containers were curbside by the specified time and were not emptied, you can report a missed pickup online.
