How do I make a payment to my account?

Learn how to make a payment to your WM account online or by phone.
Want support information for your location?
Add AddressPay online (Signed in to My WM)
Log in to My WM and go to the "Billing" tab
Select Make a Payment and follow the steps to make a full or partial payment
If you have multiple services associated with your account, make sure the correct customer ID is selected in the drop-down menu. When making payments on multiple accounts at once, all accounts will be paid in full.
Pay online (not signed in to My WM)
From wm.com, click on Make a Payment near the top of the page
Fill in the information in the “Continue As Guest” section and click Verify
On the “My Payment” screen, select a payment method and click Continue
Follow the steps to complete payment
Pay over the phone
Dial 866-964-2729 and follow the prompts to make a payment for a single account. Having your customer ID or service address handy will make payment easier.
Our phone system only allows payment to a single service address/customer ID at a time. To pay multiple accounts at the same time, Log in to My WM and follow the steps above.
