How do I fix issues with my AutoPay settings?

Before AutoPay can work, your My WM account must be fully activated:

• Look for a "Complete Your Registration" email from wmonline@wm.com.

• Click Confirm Email in that email.

• If you don’t see it, check your junk folder and mark the sender as safe.

• You must also pay any outstanding balance before enrolling.

If your card was compromised or expired, AutoPay may fail:

1. Log in to My WM. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage.

2. Go to "Billing Details" under the "Billing" tab and click Payment Methods.

3. Click Edit Payment or Add Payment.

4. Enter your new card or bank information and link it to AutoPay.

You will not be able to make a payment on accounts with a zero balance. Accounts with an outstanding balance will not be eligible to enrol in AutoPay.

If login issues are preventing you from accessing AutoPay:

• Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

• Enter your email and follow the reset instructions.

If Autopay isn’t working and your payment is due:

• Pay online as a guest at wm.com and click Make a Payment near the top of the page. Enter your information in the "Continue As Guest" section and follow the instructions to complete payment.

• Pay by phone at 1-866-964-2729 and follow the prompts to make a payment for a single account. Having your customer ID or service address handy will make payment easier.

If none of the above steps resolves your issues, contact WM support:

• Submit a Support Request by clicking Request Help below.
